In such cases, we are happy to offer an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item, provided that the original piece is in its original condition and accompanied by a receipt. Please note that purchases made on sale days are final and cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. The item for exchange must be in its original condition, including packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning the item for exchange.
  • Damaged or Broken Jewelry: In the unfortunate event that your jewelry arrives damaged or broken due to a manufacturing issue on our part, we will gladly replace the item within 48 hours from the date you receive it. Please notify us immediately by contacting our customer service team and provide photos of the damaged or broken piece. Our team will assess the issue and determine the best course of action.
  • Delicate Jewelry Care: Our jewelry is crafted with delicate designs and requires careful handling. Please note that rough handling or improper care can cause damage to the jewelry. Just like glass, delicate jewelry can break if not handled with care. We advise our customers to handle our pieces gently and avoid exposing them to excessive force or harsh conditions.
  • Jewelry Repairs: We understand that accidents happen, and your jewelry may require repairs over time. We offer repair services for damaged items. Repair costs start at Rs.250/- and may vary depending on the extent of the damage. For online orders, please provide photos of the issue to help us assess the repair requirements accurately. Please be ready to provide the receipt of your original purchase.
  • Discontinued Designs: Please note that discontinued designs, especially those purchased from us six months ago or more, cannot be repaired. We recommend reaching out to our customer service team for alternative options if you encounter any issues with discontinued designs.
